3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon delivery of final media unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges or delay future services.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

We grant clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for real estate marketing. We retain full copyright unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the property is photo-ready and accessible. We are not responsible for staging or obtaining necessary permits unless arranged in advance.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Failure to provide property access may result in a call-out fee. Weather-related reschedules will not be charged.

7. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery is 24–48 business hours after the shoot. Rush services may be available for an extra charge.

8. Revisions

Minor revisions are free within 3 days of delivery. Major edits may be subject to extra charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for property damage, media misuse, or lost income due to delays. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Communication Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive emails, texts, or calls regarding your projects and promotions. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime.
